Warranty Claim Terms & Conditions
At Axelium, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical failures occurring under normal and intended operating conditions.
1. Warranty Coverage
The applicable warranty period will be as mentioned on the product page, invoice, warranty card or other official Axelium documentation.

Purchase invoice or order details

A replacement or repair will be provided only after the issue has been inspected and confirmed to be covered under warranty.
3. What Is Covered

Physical damage, impact, dropping, crushing or puncturing

Unless a product is specifically advertised and rated for such conditions, customers must ensure that the product is adequately protected from water, moisture and excessive heat.
